Studio Quadra of Domodossola is pleased to present an exhibition with Stefano Maestrini's recent watercolor works.
The artist who usually uses the oil on canvas technique, this time presents a series of watercolors, where abstraction is the protagonist and brings with it the color energy.
The works have already been exhibited at the Vico Galley in Verbania, with the exhibition "Cromosofia" (knowledge of colour).
Maestrini arrived at the abstract in November 2011, in a completely natural but also unexpected way, where with the work Abstraction N.1 the theme of the face is outdated, as well as the realistic aspect of the subjects. The shapes and colors thus become the manifestation of the union between the mind and the heart.
